We offer standard trackable shipping Australia wide via Australia Post, which will automatically be calculated and applied at checkout.

International orders are posted via Australia Post, with rates calculated at checkout. All prices are shown in Australian dollars ($AUD). All orders are processed in Australian dollars ($AUD).

We will post orders (excluding pre orders) within one week of purchase, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Please allow three to ten business days for postage to be delivered. Orders will be posted from Melbourne, Australia.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct – we are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped. ownsit! will not be held liable for any lost or damaged items whilst in the hands of postage agencies.

All orders within Australia can be tracked, unless they are a $4 postage purchase, these can not be tracked as they are posted in a pre paid envelope. Only head ware will be posted in these envelopes to make postage cheaper for you.

For all international orders the responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. ownsit! is not responsible for any additional fees.
