WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE - Jackets, Vests, Scrunchies and Head Ties are ethically Handmade in Melbourne by the ownsit! team of professional seamstresses. Earrings are handmade in Australia by the maker/brand listed on the product page. We are proud to be part of the slow fashion movement and to work collaboratively with local makers. Some tees and sweaters are sourced from suppliers located in the US and have gone through an extensive application process to be WRAP certified.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE A JACKET OR VEST -Due to the handmade nature of our garments please allow up to five weeks making time. We try our best to have garments made sooner however we can not guarantee this. If you are requiring your order urgently please email email@example.com to discuss this as a possibility. On occasions we have garments ready to ship. Specific making details may also be listed on the product page of certain products during busy periods such as launch times or festive periods.DO YOU HAVE A SHOPFRONT -
We do not have storefront at this time. We do have a studio space in Melbourne, Australia where we design, pack and ship your orders. Our garments are made offsite. We do open our studio by appointment only for fittings.WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER -

Absolutely! If you place multiple orders and would like to combine the shipping please email firstname.lastname@example.org and state your order numbers and request to combine shipping. If the combined postage allows for shipping to be calculated correctly, then the extra shipping will be refunded.
On occasions, combining postage may interfere significantly with wait times and given we do not like to hold onto completed orders. Due to this we may decline combining orders but will discuss this with you first.
THERE ARE SLIGHT DEFECTS OR SPOTS ON MY FABRIC - Our garments are perfectly imperfect with no two garments the same. This is the nature of small handmade business. Unfortunately due to the nature of digital printing some fabrics may but very rarely appear this way. Our quality control is of the highest standard and we aim to ensure your garment is off this standard when leaving our studio. If you are overly unhappy with your garment please email email@example.com to notify. Garment can be returned at your expense with a postage paid return satchel for the new product. It can not be guaranteed that the replacement garment will be completely free of defects.CAN I MAKE PRODUCTS FROM THE FABRIC PACKS TO ONSELL -
Unfortunately we are unable to permit the making of products for commercial purposes due to licensing agreements. You are welcome to make products to gift and we love seeing what you create for personal use however failure to adhere to this could result in legal ramifications.HOW DO I ORDER A SOLD OUT TEE -
Due to the demand in tees, we offer a pre order purchasing system. Tee pre orders are open 2-3 times per year dependant on the brand. The pre order is open for one week and is promoted via our social media channels - instagram, facebook and email. From the date of pre orders closing, please allow up to five weeks for the tees to be ethically made. Once tees are received from our supplier the usual postage timeframes occur for your parcel to be posted. Extra tees are ordered with each pre order and added to the website so it is worth checking back to see if any restocks have occurred.CUSTOM ORDERS -
Wanting a specific design or colour? We know that once you join the ownsit! Jacket or Vest family you will come back for more. Perhaps you are wanting a specific design or colour for a special occasion. Providing we can source the fabric you are requesting and our team have the capacity, we are happy to fulfil custom requests. Wait times may vary. If we have capacity and it is an urgent order, a rush order fee may apply. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss further.
If a custom order has been modified either by design or specification, we are unable to exchange or refund. We are however happy to help promote the product for sale over instagram stories. Any correspondence, financial transactions and liabilities are between the buyer and the seller. ownsit! will not be held liable for any of these interactions.CAN YOU GIFT WRAP MY ORDER -

PRODUCT CARE - Care instructions are listed on each garment however we recommend hand washing your handmade products sparingly in cold water inside out. Dry inside out in the shade preferably on a flat surface like a clothes rack to ensure air flow.OTHER QUESTIONS -
